97+ points, Wine Advocate - Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Syrah comes sauntering out of the glass with a come-hither nose of plum preserves, chocolate covered cherries, violets and dried lavender with touches of charcuterie, garrigue, bouquet garni and star anise. The medium to full-bodied palate completely coats the palate with the most gorgeous perfumed black fruits, framed by firm yet wonderfully plush tannins and great freshness, finishing very long with layers of mineral, exotic spice and savory notes.
