2021 Pipina's Red Wine Vinegar

Pipina’s Barrel Aged Red Wine Vinegar, named in honor of Cristina Hudson’s mother, takes our beautifully made red wines from our wine program and barrel ages a minimum of 2 years, during which time the flavors have time to develop, mellow and mature. This vinegar is naturally converted using the Orleans method in neutral oak.

Pipina’s Barrel Aged Red Wine Vinegar is bright and flavorful with beautiful notes of cherries and layers of flavor. It is an extremely versatile vinegar and should be used liberally.
